Hidden Valley is a small deed restricted community that offers a peaceful country living at its best! It features aesthetically pleasing craftsman-style homes on spacious lots with underground utilities, sidewalks, and vintage streetlamps that line up its private roads.

Violations | Complaints

All complaints of perceived violations of the HOA Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions MUST be reported in writing to the HOA Board via the "Complaint Form" available in the HOA Community Documents tab at the top. Complaint Form submittal requirements: Must be sent via USPS regular mail to P.O. Box 1973, Crestview, FL 32536; or via Email to hiddenvalleyflhoa@gmail.com.

REMINDERS:

*Lawns and Landscaping*

All Hidden Valley property owners and renters are responsible for maintaining their lawns mowed and their landscaping well-kept. Unmown lawns, untrimmed shrubs, and landscaping cluttered with excessive lawn ornaments, weeds and overgrowth take away from the beauty of our homes and harm the aesthetic appeal of our community which may adversely affect our property values. Hidden Valley's lawn care contractor services are done bi-weekly from April to September.

*Streetlights*

Please do NOT contact Chelco directly regarding streetlights' issues, lightbulb replacements or malfunctions. All issues must be reported to the HOA via email (hiddenvalleyflhoa@gmail.com) - please provide details such as: streetlight number (plaque on pole), a brief description of the issue, your name and street address. The HOA will submit a service order request to Chelco. Thank you!

*Quiet Hours*

In Okaloosa County, quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM. This ordinance is applicable to all Okaloosa County residents including Hidden Valley property owners and residents. Please be aware that the county has shifted from using decibel meters to a "plainly audible" standard. This means that noise is considered a violation if it can be heard beyond the property lines during restricted hours. All Hidden Valley property owners and residents are responsible for complying with the County's ordinance and the HOA CC&Rs' Article X, Section. Let's all be mindful and considerate of our neighbors, thank you!
